GROUP I: OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH TRAINING

Our main interest is to train professionals who have internalized absolute respect for safety regulations and have in-depth knowledge of safe work techniques and procedures. The objective is to guarantee the total absence of accidents. The result, complete professionals trained and sensitized with efficient, safe and environmentally friendly techniques. It is an essential requirement to receive technical training at Ventum Academy and complete the four BST modules according to the GWO standard.

GROUP II: BASIC TECHNICAL TRAINING

The basic training required to work in simple operations on a wind turbine goes through meeting the gwo training standards supplemented with practical general training on our machines. It is an essential requirement to receive technical training at Ventum Academy to complete the four bst modules according to the gwo standard. For this training it is also necessary to have basic technical training according to the MTB standard or mechanical / electrical qualification or to prove experience in maintenance in the wind power sector.

GROUP III: MAINTENANCE TECHNICAL TRAINING

To achieve an average level we will need to train professionals who are capable of acting in the face of small-scale mechanical, hydraulic and electrical / electronic breakdowns. It is an essential requirement to receive technical training at Ventum Academy and perform the four bst modules according to the GWO standard. For this training it is also necessary to have basic technical training according to the MTB standard or mechanical / electrical qualification or to accredit two years of experience in maintenance in the wind power sector.

GROUP IV: ADVANCED MECHANICAL-HYDRAULIC TRAINING

At ventum academy we take a step further by training high-level professionals in electrical / electronic operations with high added value and great technical complexity. This training will require prior knowledge and the use of more sophisticated tools.For this training it is also necessary to have basic technical training according to MTB standard or mechanical-hydraulic or electrical qualification or to accredit 2 years of experience in maintenance in the wind sector.
