OUR TRAINERS

Founder of Grupo Inerzia. His more than 25 years of experience in the wind sector led him to shape VENTUM ACADEMY. Víctor has developed his professional career in the wind industry in positions of technical responsibility advising manufacturers and maintainers from an eminently practical perspective. He knows machines perfectly, his absolute mastery of wind technology together with his vision and his enormous capacity qualify him as an exceptional trainer

VÍCTOR BAQUERO

TECHNICAL MANAGER
Raul is an Electrical Engineer and Master in H&S. In 2001 he joined Grupo Inerzia collaborating as a wind maintenance technician and since 2010 in CONAPRO as a H&S trainer.
His real experience as a technician and instructing in advanced ORP (OCCUPATIONAL RISK PREVENTION) courses has accredited him as a GWO trainer.
He is responsible for GWO training at the ORP Training Centre of CONAPRO and in advanced rescue courses at VENTUM ACADEMY.

RAÚL IRISARRI

SPECIALIST IN HEALTH AND SAFETY & RISK PREVENTION IN WIND POWER
Fermín is an Agricultural Engineer and Senior Technician of ORP. He joined Grupo Inerzia in 2005, occupying different positions of responsibility in the area of Occupational Risk Prevention, Quality and the Environment.
His great experience and knowledge have been a fundamental technical pillar for the construction of the training programmes. He has developed evacuation and rescue procedures for the wind power sector and is one of the most experienced people in the sector in this field.
He is currently the Manager of Renewable Services in Navarra and a trainer on Safe Work and Environmental techniques at Ventum Academy.

FERMÍN PAGOLA

SPECIALIST IN WIND TURBINE RESCUE & EVACUATION
Jesús is a Industrial Mecanical Technician . With more than 20 years of experience in the wind sector, in 2020 he joined Grupo Inerzia in the New Tooling Design Team.
He is an expert in mechanical, electrical and hydraulic preventive and corrective maintenance operations. He can perform a cardan change, gearbox change, hydraulic component change, pitch change and inspection of the gearbox and oil sampling, among others, with his eyes closed. He has worked with Ingeteam, Vestas and Gamesa G52 and G47, G8X machines. At VENTUM ACADEMY he is responsible for practical training in preventive maintenance and major corrective operations.

JESÚS ZUBIRI

SPECIALIST IN INDUSTRIAL MECHANICS
Fernando is a Chemist and Senior Technician in ORP. He joined CONAPRO in 2012 as a high level trainer who guarantees knowledge of theory and safe practices.
He is accredited as a GWO trainer and teaches ORP subjects such as working at heights, handling loads, evacuation techniques, emergency descent, use of lifts… Now, in addition to GWO training at CONAPRO’s ORP Training Centre, he will be giving the advanced rescue courses at VENTUM ACADEMY.

FERNANDO GARCÍA

SPECIALIST IN HEALTH AND SAFETY & RISK PREVENTION IN WIND POWER
Professional specialized in risk prevention and quality systems. In 2020 she joins Grupo Inerzia to contribute her experience as a trainer in ORP and her knowledge of Integral Management of Quality Systems, ORP and Environment.
All the work procedures will pass through her hands, she will ensure that our training transmits the values of sustainability as well as care for people and the environment.
