Depending on the option chosen, Grupo Inerzia may request additional information to complete the application.

 RIGHT TO INFORMATION: You request that we provide, in writing, confirmation of whether or not we are treating your personal data (article 15 GDPR).

 RIGHT OF ACCESS: You request that we provide you in writing, access to the personal data that we have about you (art. 15 GDPR).

 RIGHT OF RECTIFICATION: You request that the inaccurate personal data concerning you be modified. To do this you must declare which are the correct data (article 16 GDPR).

 RIGHT TO DELETE: You request the deletion of personal data that concerns you (art. 17 GDPR).

 RIGHT TO LIMITATION OF TREATMENT: You request that the processing of personal data be suspended so that the processing operations that correspond in each case are not applied. This option is only for assessed cases: mark with an X what is appropriate (1) you have exercised the rights of rectification or opposition and we are in the process of determining whether to attend to the request, (2) the treatment is illegal, which would determine the erasure of the data, but you oppose it and (3) the data is no longer necessary for the treatment, which would also determine its erasure, but you request the limitation because you need them for the formulation, exercise or defense of claims (art. 18 GDPR).
